residential New BUild
Detailed architectural design, interior design and construction of a pair of new build modern townhouses on an infill site. Comprising of two 3 bedroom houses, totalling 4,395 sq.ft. / 408 sq.m. Both with landscaped terraces, undercroft garages and parking areas. Ideally situated between Battersea and Clapham, London, SW4.
St Aubyns Avenue, SW19
Residential development
A prestigious development in Wimbledon Village to extend and renovate a 522 sq.m family home with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 reception rooms. In partnership with Thorp Design, a stunning design scheme was produced including a bespoke staircase, media centre, gym and extensive entertaining space. The building works were finished to the highest possible standards.

residential refurbishment
Retaining only two elevations, the existing 3 storey property was comprehensively refurbished to accommodate a high specification 4 bedroom property over 4 floors and 270 sq.m. We provided design, construction and project management services to the private client. Bespoke, feature staircases lead from the basement utility and wine store to the roof terrace with view of the Thames and Canary Wharf. The property features open plan living accommodation with a “Crittall” style dividing glass screen and architect designed kitchen.
Knightsbridge Club Bar, SW1X
Commercial renovation
Design & construction of a complete refurbishment of the main bar within a prestigious Central London yacht club. Works included, installation of a bespoke sympathetically designed teak bar & service area behind, total ceiling overhaul with a new coffered detail with LED tape lighting & downlights controlled by Lutron, upgrades to furniture & carpets as well as renewing the french polished teak panelling & handrails. C.250sqm of renovation was completed on a tight schedule of 6 weeks.
